3. Account Registration and Security

Registration Requirements

To access the Platform, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Account Types

We offer different account tiers with varying access levels. Tribal government accounts may be eligible for special features and enhanced support.

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Native Intel Report and third parties
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Platform
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Not share account credentials or allow unauthorized access

• Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation

5. AI Forecasts and Limitations

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Forecasts are predictions based on historical patterns and current signals
• Actual outcomes may differ significantly from predictions
• You are responsible for your own decision-making and due diligence
• Native Intel Report is not liable for decisions made based on our forecasts
• AI-generated content should be reviewed and verified before use

AI Transparency

We are committed to transparency about our AI systems. Our models analyze public data sources including federal databases, congressional records, and agency announcements. We continuously work to improve accuracy and reduce bias in our predictions.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, forecasts, and software, are owned by Native Intel Report or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create on the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide and improve our services.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Use our forecasts or analysis for commercial redistribution
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Create derivative works based on the Platform without permission

7. Subscription and Payment

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the Platform after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATIVE INTEL REPORT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Native Intel Report, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
